Hon Dr David Hamill (Independent Chairman)
David is the former Treasurer of Queensland. His other Directorships
include Deputy Chairman of Family Care Medical Services Ltd and the
Board of the Queensland Museum, Australian Red Cross Blood Service
(Chairman), Australian Red Cross Society, Babcock & Brown Infrastructure
Limited, Ensham Workers Entitlement Fund Pty Ltd (Chairman), Family Care
Friendly Society, Family Care Medical Services Limited (Deputy
Chairman), Queensland Museum (Deputy Chairman).
Neville Sneddon Neville is a
qualified mining engineer with over 35 years experience in the mining
industry. His various roles included a career with Coal & Allied in the
Hunter Valley where he managed all facets of the development and
operation of both open-cut and underground mines. Subsequently, he held
a senior management role at the mines inspectorate in New South Wales.
Following this role Neville was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of
Shell Coal (in Queensland), later the Australian coal arm of Anglo
American (recently retiring from the position of acting Chief Executive
Officer). Neville is also a former Director and Chairman of Dalrymple
Bay Coal Terminal Pty Limited, a former Director of the New South Wales,
Queensland and National mining councils, a former Director of
independent coal producer QCMM. He is also a Foundation Member of the
tripartite Queensland Mine Safety and Health Committee and a member of
the Federal/State committee formed to design uniform national mine
safety legislation. Neville is currently a Non-Executive Director of
Centennial Coal Mining Company Limited.
Bob Lette Bob is a partner at the
law firm of Mullins Lawyers. Bob is Chairman of The Private Capital Fund
(the unit holder representative Board of The Infrastructure Fund),
Chairman of BUSS (Q), the Superannuation Fund for the Queensland
Building & Construction Industry), a Director of Trinity Consolidated
Group Limited and Trinity Funds Management Ltd, Watpac Limited and
Viking Industries Limited, Queensland Airports Limited, and Director on
various other private companies as well as a member on various
committees. Bob has been practising law since 1966.
Peter Siapikoudis Peter is the
Chief Operating Officer of The Infrastructure Fund and is an Investment
Director at Hastings Funds Management. He is currently a director on the
Boards of Hancock Victorian Plantations Pty Limited, Grand Ridge
Plantations Pty Ltd and Tiaki Plantations Company (NZ). Peter was
previously Manager, Infrastructure Investment within UniSuper’s
specialised internal investment department, responsible for the
management of the fund’s $1.2 billion infrastructure investment
portfolio and $400 million timberland investment portfolio including
asset management and direct involvement in unlisted transactions. Prior
to joining UniSuper in 2000, Peter’s professional experience included
six years as an analyst at William M. Mercer in both the Actuarial and
Asset Consulting practice groups, and most recently as an investment
consultant.
Jonathan van Rooyen Jonathan is
an Investment Director at Hastings Funds Management and is responsible
for the identification and assessment of investment opportunities.
Jonathan is also a Director of the Interlink Roads Pty Limited (M5 Toll
Road – Sydney), Statewide Roads Limited (M4 Toll Road - Sydney).
Jonathan was previously a Partner at KPMG Corporate Finance specialising
in infrastructure investment valuations. Jonathan led the Hastings team
on the Envirogen acquisition.
Ron Roduner Ron is a qualified
civil engineer with over 30 years experience in electricity industry
mainly in the generation sector. He has a Masters of Business
Administration and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors. He has previously held executive general manger positions
for CS Energy being responsible for electricity trading, power station
operations, technical services, gas and coal supply and general
procurement. He was responsible for the investments in Queensland Gas
and Arrow Energy which changed them from exploration companies to
production companies. He is a former director of both Mica Creek and
Callide C power stations.
